Douglas A. Dugger - President

Mr. Dugger has worked as the CEO of residential developmental disabilities agencies for over 25 years. He is a graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor's degree in business.  Early in his career, Mr. Dugger worked in management positions of increasing responsibility with a national fast-food services chain.  After his family founded the predecessor company to DSA, Mr. Dugger returned to Indiana to manage the business.  Mr. Dugger is active in various community organizations and is a past president of the Greenfield Rotary.   DSA, Inc. is a member agency of the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities.
